          I have written some non-fiction, but am better known on Wattpad for my science fiction. 
          
          I'd recommend reading either MINDSLIP or THE VISITOR first. They are both hard SF. MINDSLIP is set a week in the future and some say it is somewhat bizarre. THE VISITOR is set in the late 2020s and extremely descriptive. The idea is for you to invest in the main character, Dr. Evelyn Slater.
          
          Hope you enjoy one or the other sometime.
