@Komodo24110 Hi! Unfortunatelly, that was just one of many other similarities between my work and Davis'. If it was just that, there wouldn't have been a problem at all. However, I am happy Davis and I could solve this issue :)

@Komodo24110 They and me have talked about many other things as well and I’ve decided it’s for the best that it goes down. 

@Davis5583 I don't know if you and _25days continued your conversation from earlier in  private, but in that they allude to a battle where the character does not use a launcher.  Sol is based on Free from beyblade burst who has done many battles  without his launcher in the show, so _25days point about that does not count because that is what Free would do.
