Just thought I would give a quick life update to everyone who still follows me on here. 
          
          I have not given up on Ravensdale. In fact, I will most likely resume writing it in 2026! The writer's group that I'm part of has noticed some issues with the current story and so I'm thinking I'm going to rewrite the setting. All the dialogue, plot, action -- will all be the same but the setting will be changed for plot purposes. 
          
          
          However, I've been working really hard on my new story Midnight Sonata, which is a rewrite of One Midnight -- the ONC novella wrote in 2024. I'm in act two. It's going to be a very ambitious story. I knew it going into the ONC and finishing the book that this story needed to be a novel and now it is. The plot has been rewritten entirely. And I'm ok with that. The original story, well, was rough. And after some time, I decided I wasn't happy with it. I've been working on this novel version since September and I'm really happy with how it's turning out and that I'm going with my gut and letting the characters tell the story. I don't know if I'll post it on Wattpad -- I think I may try the publishing road with this one. But we'll see!

It’s a fantasy romance book about a human girl named Esmara. She lives in a world that is ruled by seven kinds of shifters, and she is mated to one. Hiyaa! Just popping in to check on you, hope your doing well and keeping hydrated!!!

Hi everyone! So I don't know if you've noticed that I've been pretty quiet on here. That's because I've moved to Royal Road. The kinds of stories that I've been writing lately and wanting to write are heavily leaning towards fantasy and people are finding my story there, too. I update a lot sooner on there because I'm on there way more often now. So if you want, you can follow Ravensdale over on RR instead! Thanks for all the support through the years on Wattpad. This isn't really a goodbye. I'll still be posting Ravensdale on Wattpad, but you'll find that Ravensdale's updating schedule is a lot more consistent on there than here. <3

Hi! So I have decided NOT to do the ONC for this year. Partially being that my son has decided to have more behavioral issues that make it very difficult for me to write alone in the house. I have to keep my eye on him almost 24/7 and when it comes time to write, I usually just do Ravensdale. Which means.... Ravensdale is back in business and will be the one and only project I am working on through 2025. 
          
          The updating schedule will be monthly. One up to three chapters a month. Should be something like one chapter a day for one week, and then the next month, the same thing. The reason being is that I'm part of a critique circle and I get the critical feedback that I absolutely need once a month. So far the critique circle has enjoyed my story. I hope you enjoy the revamped version.

Hi everyone. I am still working on Ravensdale. For some reason, chapter three was not typed up. But the rest leading all the way up to about chapter twelve have been. The reason why things have been slow is because of my kids. They have special needs, as most of you already know. Most of my free time has been dealing with destressing myself and writing doesn't do that for me. It makes me stressed, so I've been taking to colored pencils, coloring in books and following an art tutorial. I've been working on art ever since I discovered I can draw with pencils. I hope to start coloring flowers and landscapes, homes and villages so I can have some illustrations to go with my book! :D 
          
          With all this being said, I will have chapter three typed up by tonight. It will be posted again next month when I get the feedback from my writer's group. They point out things that don't work with the chapter and the like, so I can give you all something decent and well thought out instead of something written hastily. 
          
          Also, I plan on doing ONC this year again. Last year was such a phenomenal experience and I can't wait to do it all over again.

So, hey everyone! I've been working on the revamp of Ravensdale for a few weeks now, and currently I have six chapters from chapter one up to chapter six written. I will be republishing them as a whole once I am at a really solid point in the story. I am in a real life writer's group that is helping me, giving me solid feedback every month so it's been helpful and extremely and I mean *extremely* motivating to have cheerleaders not only helping the story get better, but actually know where my story is falling and excelling at from the get-go. I am SO EXCITED about the revamp and I think you'll be too.

So I have been a little MIA for a few months. Things have honestly been very stressful, and then sad. A few weeks ago, my grandmother passed away, and things have not been easy. I hope to come back to writing soon, though. I've been mainly working on One Midnight and haven't come back to Ravensdale yet. I am going to work on the next chapters of RD when I get the chance. I don't have a lot of free time, and the very little I do, I can only focus on one thing. I hope soon that will change. <3
