Am working on a Halo script and reworking Black Knights.
          Also, not dead. Not fully.

Been thinking of posting my review blog to bring some life back here. Be a good place to finally give them a bit more exposure.

I’ve been working on that Elder Scrolls fanfic lately and I have a bit of an announcement to make. Looking back on my work so far, I’m rather displeased with the quality of writing that work contains. I feel my writing has been getting better and better as I’ve gotten back into the swing of things this winter, using what I learned in school on my reviews and my work here (and doing this has been really helpful for me for college). 
          
          With that, knowing that I can do better for a franchise beloved by so many, I’m restarting Revan House of Black Knights. DON’T WORRY, I’ve already rewritten the first page which was featured in the original story, I just need to finish the new material for the next page and I’m halfway there. Page 2 is coming within the week, but much like the wait for page 2, the third and final page will be a while for a couple reasons.
          
          1) I don’t want to burn myself out, especially if I want to make up for no new review this week (which is something I want to start doing).
          
          2) I would like to at least beat Morrowind and Oblivion once before I go back to Skyrim for the 19th time. Maybe even Daggerfall and Arena.
          
          Until then, I hope you all have been enjoying the story. Also, not been getting confused over my lack of explanation about the world of Elder Scrolls (which the rewrite doesn’t do much better). Until next time, I’m DayDaveDavid and I’ll catch you on the flipside.

Been working on some new Star Wars material (no, not Lieutenant Dax, sadly) and it already looks like I have to go through a bit of a rewrite due to some decisions I've made. One thing I've struggled to do with my work is to have a small cast of characters that are distinguishable from one another other, to help make them easier to remember. I realized this group of friends my main protagonist has are pretty insignificant to the story, no matter what I might do with them. Using a bunch of five to nine people is pointless if they're not developed, and I already have five characters to introduce follow for the story. Not asking for advice here, just giving you all an update.

Yeah, Imma liar. My focus will not be coming back to here on Wattpad but staying on my channel. If I want to write something, I'll write something and post it when it's done. Until then, I'm going to continue doing what makes me the happiest. I'm DavyDaveDavid and I'll catch you on the flipside.

Right, with the Halloween festivities about wrapped up, I may be bringing focus back to here on Wattpad. My hours at work have been ramped up recently, leaving me with a little more time to think. Imma try and get Dax going again, plus I'm building a little something with story ideas. I did it once before but I think I put a little too much detail in it while not putting in that much. I know how that sounds. Anyway, I hope you like it if/when it comes out, and until next time I'll catch you on the flipside.

Lieutenant Dax of the 108th is going on a short break while I drive attention to my YouTube channel and while I'm away on vacation.

Within the span of about a day, I published the first part of my very short series of stories based on my travels in the hit popular fantasy RPG, posted an explanation as to why it was the way it was, announced a new story in the works (which is getting it's first entry later tonight or tomorrow), and am now going to announce yet another story planed. 
          
          I realize that I may be getting a little "over-excited" about what I'm doing here on Wattpad, and I suppose that's the lesson to be learned here, but regardless: I am working on a collab project between me and fellow user JadeSolarist called Elements. She and I are both going to be uploading content for the story here on site, but my writings specifically will be scripts. Like, for a comic book, because that's the form of media we're currently planning for the series. You may have a better idea of what when I release it.

To fill in for Revan House of Black Knights, I'm thinking of doing a Star Wars fanfic following a clone of the Grand Army of the Republic. The clones themselves in the CGI Clone Wars show (which just recently announced it's renewal for a seventh season) were always the most interesting part for me. The dynamic between each of their comrades and their Jedi generals, and their unique personalities despite all having the same face were always, what I felt, was the main driving force and most iconic part of the show. Which is why I'm interested in writing my own Clone Wars story. I'm planning on writing it in a way where either it's an excerpt from the journal of a single soldier or his reports to the higher-ups.
