Vent:
          My school wants to lock our phones in a safe during the school day. Usually, I wouldn't mind not having my phone during school because I understand why, but I NEED music. I really need it so I don't have to be alone with my thoughts, so I can concentrate, and so I don't get overstimulated.
          But no one seems to understand my situation. It feels like nobody understands how much this affects me.
          I'm afraid this will become such a huge burden on my mental health that things will get bad again, and I'm scared of what might happen then.
