Hello! I'm checking in to tell you a bit of advice that helped me a bit.
          Try your best to stay away from anything creepypasta related and stay away long enough as in for you to forget.
          Try meditation to calm your body down,
          and make sure you lock things up at night.
          (in my experience dumplings are a great comfort food for when you're stressed like this but you can eat whatever is your comfort food)
          If you can't tear yourself away; make sure to limit yourself to at most one thing about creepypastas a day and TRY TO NOT GO PAST THAT LIMIT
          when you feel less attached just leave the fandom.
          This is the best advice I have for you.
