If you have a twist out wrap it around you head and Bobby pin it in place. For reference see naptural85's video about how to stretch mini twist because it might work with you hair out or if in mini twists then that is just way easier for you

If you have a wash and go then just put your hair into two ponytails or pigtails and secure with hair bands
