A quick note for everyone who enjoys my fanfics: please stop sending me cover commission requests. It's not that I don't appreciate your dedication and interest; it's just that I don't have the money to pay for any of them, and I don't want to be one of those people who doesn't pay artists, so I just don't ask for them.
Please understand this. On Bluesky, I draw traditional art because I don't have enough money to buy a graphic tablet. I post on Wattpad and Ao3 because it's free to do so.
Yesterday, I received three comments from three different people on both Wattpad and Ao3 asking me the same thing. Again, I appreciate the enthusiasm, but I really can't accept it. Please don't get mad at me. It's just a little heartbreaking to have to tell you this over and over again, originally thinking they were all kind comments praising my work. Now, I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown wondering if they even really liked it or they were just trying to sell me something...
So, that's it. Please, if you still want to negotiate these commissions, send me those kind of questions directly on Discord or Bluesky, but I'll tell you right now that I'll most likely say no because I really can't afford it. Don't get my hopes up with comments on my fics, which I'll unfortunately have to start categorizing as spam if you don't stop.
Believe me, I'm sorry. Maybe one day I'll be able to ask you for commissions, but seriously, now is not a good time.
I'll stick with my word-only fics and screenshot edits for now. Thank you so much for your attention, hope you have a good day <3
