@purpleskiesanddreams love is like hatred. It clouds one's judgement and disables their ability to think in nuance in regards to specific individuals. People who love you can and always will hurt you the most, and tend to flatter your ego rather than look out for your well being. At least there are things to learn from those who hate you.
