So in English today, we watched a scene from a film adaptation of Hamlet to see how a director interpreted it and whatever. Anyways, as we're watching the film, my brain, which is still in pandemic mode, sees all these people touching each other and grabbing each other and pulling each other closer together. And I could see everybody's FACES.
I was like, these guys are way too close together, they need to stay apart, whayt the heck, don't pick up the CHILD! It's not yours!
I kept having to remind myself that this movie was filmed years ago when 2020 wasn't a thing yet, and yeah.
That was interesting.
This whole pandemic thing has messed me up so bad mentally, holy cow. I feel so bad for little kids having to spend the best years of their childhoods like this.
Like, is anybody else like this? You see a movie of people together filmed like years ago and your stomach starts doing the twisty thing? And you're like, get away from eachother! your faces are touching?!?!?!? But then you're like, oh no, their lives are still normal, nevermind.
