Holla people! Ok, so I got into a weird situation this morning... I was walking down the road, when I noticed these two guys walking towards me, they were smiling at me and whispering; they seemed weird and my survival instinct was flaring 'cause being a girl is sometimes exhausting....
I forced myself to remain calm, and just when I was about to walk past them. One basically grabbed my arm, I jerked away and yelled at him. They just laughed about it and walked down like my panic for those few minutes weren't real.. I was so angry literally, I still am.
Anyway, I think I'm going to take a few self-defence classes when I have the time and enough money to pay for it, 'cause being reactive isn't enough but being proactive is something I want to work with.
@Mahin_writes It's just so sad and annoying that we have to go through this, for me I'm always on guard but one can pray on God's protection and also, I'm getting that pepper spray, and try to learn some self-defense... Lol
@MayDowns24 well soemthing same happen with me , I was going for college and to reach the main road I walking from my road like you have to just walk little to reach main road to get ricksaw or bus ...and I was early morning like around 7 or 8 am ..I was just walling and one boy in activa Com from opposite direction and I saw from far thay he is coming and then he drive his activa right from my side and he Sai something like so loud no one was around for a second I was just processing what happen he shouted so loud ,my heartbeat started bearing fast my hand started shivering I just walk ahead to reach main road ,as there would be many people so that I would feel safe ...and guess what I was wearing Abaya and they still say that clothing was problem ...we always face this kind of situation may god protect everyone ✨️
