ADVICE PLEASE... in my Rick and Sav story i am thinking about writing about Steve not dying and living, he has scares with alcohol but won't die, is this ok to write about as it is fanfic or is it wrong? as i really don't want to kill him off

Yeah as I was finishing writing my last chapter I was like OMG I can’t kill him you will get what I mean when I update my chapter I was crying as I was writing it knowing he was gonna he dead before it happened
