          Just wanted to say that I tested positive for covid for the third time during the pandemic, I wear a mask and I’m vaxxed plus boosted, I think I just have really bad luck. I’m okay I think but just be prepared for 1 or 2 God Complex updates since I now have plenty of time to write!

Okay— I know, I know. I’ve gotta stop taking 7-8 month breaks but geez I’ve had writers’ block from hell. It’s been awful, trust me.
          
          A lot has changed and so has the direction I’m going with God Complex. 
          
          First of all, I use he/they pronouns and I am non-binary! 
          
          Also, I’m 19 as of July, and wow has this year been crazy.

Thank the GODS, I got through dreaded chapter 17. I had no idea where I was going with it for awhile and gave me ~crazy writers’ block~ but it’s published and ready to be read!

          There is a black man in prison named Julius Jones from Oklahoma who will be executed for a murder he did not commit and there is proof.
          
          Eyewitnesses place Mr. Jones at his parents’ home at the time of the murder, miles away from the crime scene. 
          
          Mr. Jones’ co-defendant admitted to being involved in the crime and is now free after testifying against Julius. He was heard bragging that he “set Julius up.” Mr. Jones’ co-defendant matches the only eyewitness description of the shooter based on the length of his hair.
          
          Newly-discovered evidence shows that at least one juror harbored racial prejudice that influenced his vote to convict and sentence Mr. Jones to death. One juror reported telling the judge about another juror who said the trial was a waste of time and “they should just take the n***** out and shoot him behind the jail
