CHAPTER 5 IS UP HELL YEAH ITS 3 AM I CAN FINALLY GO TO SLEEP! I hope you all like it. It's kinda long to compensate for the long break hehe. But no fr its long because i wanted baby percy mode to be over so we can get into the meat and potatos of the story. i hope yall can comment on it... maybe even vote? i dont remember what those do kek

hi yall. i had a bit of a crisis trying to find out how the story is supposed to go. btw, in case you weren't here back in like 2013-2014, there was a craze where everyone was into making percy a hunter or a soldier of chaos. i ate those stories up like no tomorrow, but they were getting stale. it was always the same. percy end up with a brother, for whatever reason, brother becomes more popular than percy and perc gets pushed to the side. percy joins group of choice and leaves for years. percy comes back and helps camp with a threat, still salty about what happened but camp regrets it because the brother was useless. the stories i read never went past this point. when i first wrote my fic, i wanted a new twist on the narrative, and i was filled with ideas that ive picked up along the way, but i never had a clear enough story. now, 8ish years later, im still struggling with the direction i wanted it to go. its hard to make it comprehensive, but im doing it. im not running away from this beast. thank you all for you patience, wish you all the best. new chapter will be up soon

yikes. i had written up most of ch4 on this cursed site, but i got disconnected from the internet and needed to restart the page. i lost so much of what i wrote yesterday. its anoying, i dont have a written plan for this fic, but ill keep going.

rewritting chapter 2 took the life out of me, but now the first 3 chapters are done! i didnt notice the large inconsistency with percy's age before, but that's fixed. on to chapter 4!
          side note, this feels like one of those devlog things you see them indi developers write all the time hehe

Okay, ch1 is refreshed. Luckily i didn't have to change much. Guys, I need y'all to understand, one of the chapters is unedited from when I published it in 2013. I WAS 12!

So, that faithful September is over and I still didn't finish the fic. To be honest, I just couldn't do it. Every time I tried, something irl interrupted the process or I felt like I wasn't skilled enough to follow through with my own story. But here we are, in the year 2021,  and I feel like trying again thanks to the people who still believed that I can. 
          
          I'll work on fixing all the mistakes I've made in the work as it is first, then I'll move on to writing the remaining chapters. See you all soon!

Why do I bother with these? No one reads them or replies to them. Might as well try... I'm rewriting PJ in a seprate story because I can't possibly fix the damage in the old one. It's gonna be completed fully by the end of September.

I'm BACK BITCHES!!! And I'm fixing the 1 story y'all are here to read. Hopfully, I'll have a new chapter by the end of this week so you can re-read the entire thing all over again because of how long it took me to update. I started this back in 2013 so I changed many thing over this time period and now I'll go back and change things for you. I still want a new cover though. This one is a bit outdated and doesn't feel right anymore. Anyway, see y'all this weekend.
