A reminder that I am alive, here's a life update!
          	
          	I've been going to my fathers house to help take care of my grandmother who has really bad dementia. Today my father and I are finally taking the step and she'll be taken to a nursing home since we can no longer care for her at home. So that's going to suck- 
          	
          	I also have another heart doctor appointment in a few days, fun times. 
          	
          	I hope all of you are doing well! Drink water, eat proper food, and take some time to stare at a wall for twenty minutes to breathe and remember that you're alive and can kick life in the ass. Love y'all <3
