Maybe you could like bring the government or the army/mi9 into it. And they are trying to find shadow because they want to use his powers and fighting skills then kent get scared because he doesn't want to be locked up in some lab. And forced to do things he doesn't want to do So the team try to cover it all up. But its just a suggestion :-) btw please please carry it on. :-) i love whitechapel so much and kent/chandler are on of my otp so cute!!!! ^_^
