@DemonicAngel_99 unfortunately I have to agree with the fellow that says you get better at it with just writing. However I can try and offer some ground basis. I found a lot of help with role playing with people (usually nsfw as you can tell from my books lol) but general fantasy roleplay can be a big help. A setting is usually the first step. Do you want a futuristic world? The fanfic world like tracen academy in Uma musume? Or perhaps even your home town? Once you have that set, make the mc interesting. What does he do for work? What interest does he have? How does he meet the main love interest? Is he witty? Anxious? Nervous? Just stuff like that. Always elaborate on what the mc is feeling, and add details of what characters look like. What color is their hair? Lilac? Amber? Is there highlights? I usually look at the character wiki to describe what they appear like. Next is the conflict in the story. Is there people who disapprove of the relationship? Do they keep it secret? Is it romantic? Is there good guys or bad guys? And of course, the ending. Does he manage to stop or fix whatever was wrong? Does he die? Does she die? Just lay out the groundwork, make it exist first…then add details later! Try and avoid using the same words, look at a thesaurus to find new worlds to convey what you’re tryna say.
