I'm a retired air force officer.  I practiced as a physician assistant in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics and Correctional Medicine.  After retirement, my wife, Linda, and I traveled the highways and byways of the U.S. and Canada as full-time RV’rs for almost nine years.  While on the road, I took up writing.  We're now settled in a house that doesn’t rock in the wind in Roseville, California, with two dogs, six koi, and a group of goldfish we can't seem to get rid of.

I researched, wrote, edited and published my first book, The Rose, at thespottydogpress.com as a backstory, to another novel (Captain Kate) while I waited  for Kate to return from my publisher.  Captain Kate has yet to be published.  It remains in limbo while I finish writing at least one more story about young Lady Katherine after The Shadow Princess, my present work in progress.
