People who write Fanfiction with Cass giving birth where does the baby come from? Does he have a sea section? Does it come out his ass? Does he have a secret vagina that only Dean knows about?  And also why is nobody ever freaked out that a male is pregnant in the stories? I NEED TO KNOW!
