The reason I dislike About Mes are because of the subtext. What you type here is what people will see you as before they know you. And I know that some people will see what I type, no matter what I type and they'll ask; "Who is this guy? What if I say this and he responds negatively? What if he gets mad at me?" Those things are always at the back of the subconscious of everyone's mind. They play at you until you end up not speaking or messaging, and then a potential friend is lost. 

I'll not judge you. I just ask that you do the same in return. 

I won't criticize you. Unless you ask me to critique a piece. 

I want mutual respect. Which is easy to ask for, hard to uphold.
