          Happy New Years...and with the new year comes a question of particular note. With the book set to resume soon (Eminence in Shadow), here's a poll I need you all to partake in. Do you want this book to include the Oriana storyline as well or do you want that storyline and the part what comes after it to be part of a third book?? The difference it will make can be seen below:
          
          With Oriana in Book 2:
          Less time to develop romances
          Potentially feels rushed / the book might become longer than expected
          Each individual romance option will likely get less screen time (such as Alpha,
          You wouldn't have to wait on Book 3 to get even more of the story
          Rose will play a role in Book 2
          
          
          With Oriana in Book 3:
          More time to devlop romances/relationships in Book 2
          Next to no Rose appearances for the rest of Book 2
          More time to dive into excrutiating detail thus allowing for a more fleshed out story
          Each individual girl is more likely to get screen time as Cid is still in their main area and not in some "distant" land
          More fox-girl content (sold separately wink wink nudge nudge)

Haha. No worries. I'm not offended. I mainly put it to poll simply because generally speaking, most people seem to enjoy reading everything in one continuous book rather than having it split across multiple books, the next of which no one knows when it will come out. 
            
            I'm happy everyone enjoys the books so far (you may have noticed I removed all the others that were running alongside it at the time to focus all my energy on just one book which may have played a part in improving the story...who knows) 
            
            In any case, it seems most persons agree with you as the vote (currently underway on the discord server) heavily favours putting it off till book 3. As for future chapters for this book, it will resume once the voting on the server ends as the ultimate choice people make will determine what happens in the next chapter (which, believe it or not, still isn't finished though I suspect it might be completed tonight if not tomorrow or Monday).

@Devvytmz I'm not sure if this is some sort of joke or not but the obvious choice is (With Oriana in Book 3) because in my personal opinion the romances/relationships/actions and story have had great success with readers because basically this is way better than the light novel or Manga or anime because unlike Cid in those he is not a dense childish idiotic blood frenzy psychopath and of course obvious male reasons but for me personally this Fanfic is my 1 favorite that in involves the actual Cid and not some other person that is reincarnated as him like the shadow monarch or others. It feels like I'm reading a real story/Fanfic that has great effort put in it and not have ... it, and if this is a true vote I with out a doubt wood choose (with Oriana in book 3) after all more same or better quality story is always worth waiting for , as the old saying goes good things come to those who wait. Also I'm not sure if I offended you or anyone with this but if I did I apologize I meant know offense just typing my honest opinion. 
            
            I'm excited and hopeful for the new chapters to come.

Just as a heads-up. The update may be delayed as my area is currently undergoing an outage (internet) and thus there's limited connectivity at present. Can't say when it will be resolved at this time though they were working to fix the issue during the week.
