@MiriamElade I see. I guess I'll have to find an editor. I know how readers can be harsh, so I'm a bit nervous.
          
          But, the first book has received a lot of feedback from fellow writers and readers, and it has gone through many rounds of edits. Right now I'm editing again, and as soon as I'm done, I'm planning to find people to beta read. If it doesn't bother you, would you like to be one of my beta readers?

@MiriamElade it was great! Compared to last year, I was able to explore the country to the fullest. Agreed! Removing the inbox feature wasn't a good idea since message boards notifications get lost in a sea of notifications. 
          
          I think I'll try to hire a graphic designer. Hopefully, I'll find one at an affordable price. Thank you for the helpful the helpful information. One more thing, do we have to professionally edit our works professionally? I was looking online if I could find an editor, but the price is too high for someone with a salary like me and the high cost of living I have to survive. 

Hi! I just popped in to see how you were going and realized the beloved Astral Guardians Series are down! I couldn't access the author's note but I saw you are going the publishing route! How exciting! Congratulations on taking that step! How can I follow your progress off of wattpad? Do you have a website? If you have any questions about the self publishing process using Amazon kdp let me know as I have published in the past for others and currently releasing my own set of children's books on it.

          I have a little bit of hope since I heard that agents and publishers are strict with books that were previously posted online or were self-published, but it doesn't hurt to give it a try. If it doesn't work out, I'll take the self-publishing path and query another story that I'm planning to write offline.
          
          It seems many fellow writers are done with wattpad and are leaving. I'm grateful for the platform for being around to help me find readers and writers who helped me out with my writing, but it's not the same anymore and what is keeping me here now is the Open Novella Contest. 
          
          I hope to hear soon what path you'll take for your writing journey. Good luck :)

          It's been a good while. So I just saw that A Fairy's Tale made it to the ONC shortlist. Wow! I wasn't expecting to make it this far, so this was a pleasant surprise. 
          
          For those who followed the story every time I updated it, thank you so much for your support. I'm reworking the story for the novel version offline, and I'm hoping to share this new version soon.
          
          Until then, I'll be crossing my fingers for the final ONC results.
