Hi Everyone who’s reading “Stumbling into Love” + everyone I’ve been reading/ interacting with here.
First off, I’d like to say a big apology to everyone who is following SIL for doing this again: Announcing an indefinite hiatus. I’m so sorry.
I appreciate all the wonderful comments and support, it honestly makes my day to go through them, each little notification is a dopamine hit.
But. I’ve been struggling with things in real life, and for the past few months this site and the overall IPKKND world has become something of an escape. It’s nice to read about the love lives of gorgeous imaginary people, and to imagine a story or two for them myself. It’s addictive. Wonderful as it has been, I’ve got to get back to real life, and not let this overtake everything else, the way it is beginning to.
Alas that means I’d like a break. Think of it as a dopamine detox. It’s hard, because part of me hates the idea of not just not writing for a while anymore, but also not reading updates that I can’t remember waiting for so eagerly since the Harry Potter books.

@Dipi612 I will miss you here. The kindness and love you have shown to all the writers, including myself, means so much. It’s rare to find someone who not only pours their heart into their own work but also takes the time to lift others up like you do. I completely understand why you need to take a break, and please don’t feel disheartened. We’ll be here, waiting for when you’re ready to come back. Take all the time you need, sweetie. You deserve this time to rest and take care of yourself. I can’t wait for you to return, so please come back feeling rejuvenated, whenever you’re ready.

@Dipi612 I'll really miss seeing you here, but I completely understand your decision. This space, as wonderful as it is, can sometimes feel all-encompassing (I've been feeling that a lot lately), so taking a step back and prioritizing real life when you feel the need is wise and very necessary. I hope you find balance and joy during this break and whatever it is that you're struggling with gets resolved! Until then, take care of yourself. Sending you so much love and gratitude for all the warmth and support you've shared with me. It's meant more than I can put into words.
