@Dipperpines-- I hope you get better soon all good senses towards you I send, and if (this is only a suggestion) I suggest if your mental health gets worse from when your healing you I think you should go to therapy and get your mental health in good condition again and for your mental health to get better because sometimes during healing from trauma it sometimes may get worse so I think you should seek some help if you see your mental health starts to get worse (this is only i suggestion i suggest for your mental health)
