Currently learning Japanese and istg the only thing I can remember is the stupid character for 'a' because it's so hard to get right and make it look pretty, あ

okay but some of the other characters are easy to remember as well (like no, の）Its just those characters that look to similar are have ridiculous strokes like 'ha', は, and 'ho', ほ or 'o', お.
And then putting it all together to form sentences
なんさいですか？(What is your age?) don't answer that lmao
Not to mention translating those sentences is just a pain.
