@sadlover3012 i don't think so....when naira also ran away she was a teenager but still she used tina's name until akshara finds out who she was so i don't think it will be difficult...she can keep sirat's name as a memory of her childhood to cherish her maudi love....in gem 2 when a girl came from rishikesh she still used to call her tina di...because she knows she is she is both naira and tina but if you are planning to keep them it's okay...what about other thing which i mentioned about karan....do you have any suggestions??

It is a beautiful name so I will try my best to add this but I was thinking to keep sirat name may be as middle name because she has lived her life with that name and suddenly changing it. As you said if i have any name for sirat so I can share you didn't reply in the comment so here i am posting my suggestion...so you know naira also changed here name when she ran away from her home and in rishikesh she renamed herself as 'Tina'.... similarly 'Sirat name can also be changed...as this name was given the by family who doesn't love her but just control her except maudi...so new name will give her existence where she truly belongs and cherished and loved by her real family.....Here we go with the name "Naisha", i know i said i have two names but this name will hold more resemblance then any other name as all three named by combining their parents’ names.Naksh, Naira and now Naisha) because this name is also created by combining the parents’ names—“nai” from Naitik and “sha” from Akshara...so this name will give her new life......Now coming back to Kartik and the ranveer track where i give suggestions that he can also be kartik twin brother and I suggested karan name as manish all children name started with letter 'K" but now i am thinking about it not matching with kartik  name at all because usually when twins are born parents ofte keep their name similar and example is present is serial ie luv and kush...and now taking about real life even my younger cousin's brothers have matching rhyming name ie jaivik and manvik....but in kartik case karan is not at all matching....so now i have two name suggestions for kartik twin brother name ie( Kartav and Ritik) so my accordance ritik is matching kartik ritik and Ritik kartik) kartav is also matching.... But I am not able to find any nickname for that name so that his grandmother can call him with that name just like she calls kartik kittu... Ritik can be called rittu but for kartav I am not able to find any name.... though we want names with the alphabet 'K' which can be matched as kartik so do you have any name as well as a nickname suggestion???And which one did you like? Let me know
