How much of who you are is built from what was done to you and how much is built on what you choose afterward?

That question sits at the core of The Professor’s Captive. It’s a story about trauma, control, and the kind of “care” that cuts as much as it heals; but underneath all of that, it’s about identity. About the moment you stop asking, “Why did they do this to me?” and start asking, “Who am I going to be now?”

If you’re drawn to morally gray dynamics, characters who are both weapon and wound, and stories that sit in the tension between surrender and self-definition, this book is for you.

✨ Check out The Professor’s Captive and ask yourself:
When everything in you has been shaped by someone else’s hands… how much of you can you still claim?

Sometimes the best thing you can do is step back and let the story sit in your mind for a bit. ✨ I took some time to sit with The Captive’s Choice for a bit and I think I was able to get a clearer picture in my mind with how things need to move forward . As always, thanks to everyone for the continued support!

@selena20598 thank you! The time away definitely helped! I am so close to the end of my Duo story! I would love the support and would love to support other writers as well. Book One of my story is The Professor’s Captive!

Thank you so much for reaching out! I am doing fine ☺️ life got a little busy, but also I am kind of struggling creatively on how to put out the next portion of my story. I’m giving it a little time to just sit in my head and think on it. I will hopefully be back on here and at it again soon! I’ve noticed you published a few new pieces as well that I look forward to catching up on I appreciate you!
