I unposted my fic, Partners & Crime, for editing purposes. It is being reposted with more chapters than before. If you added it to a reading list, you will have to add it again.

While reading many stories over many years it has come to my attention that there are many people who don’t quite understand what abuse in real life is really like. People who write about a subject they don’t understand end up writing content that is offensive & toxic. I’ve read stories that end up turning abuse into a fetish &/or aesthetic. This is bad because it supports the idea that abuse is normal & ok. 
          There is a difference between writing something dark to give the story some depth, & writing something that normalizes abuse/misogyny/sexism/violence etc.
