            Super speed - About the speed of light. At moments in the past, he has been able to come close to the Flash's speed who clocks an average 10x the speed of light; though this was countered in new Flash comics where Flash states all other races were for charity, then bursts into an unmatchable speed.
            
            Super strength - 2.2 quintillion tons stated was his best strength feat in All-Star Superman when he flew near the sun and all his abilities amplified times 3. Superman, when lifting this amount, was using one hand. It showed him straining, but he said he felt like he could lift more. Superman has been shown to push planets out of their orbit, but at his flight speed, he is not physically carrying this amount, instead he is aided by the force behind his velocity, which reduces the strength required significantly.
            
            In comics, Superman has used his x-ray vision to see through Batman's gear, and look at it a the atomic level. While doing this, he stated to find ways to make his gadgets better, but never told Batman because he didn't want to offend him.
            
            Batman has punched Superman before, and broke his hand doing so.
            
            In Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Batman does beat Superman. But this is not written in cannon, and even so he is required a super-suit, help from Green Arrow, Bat-Girl, and Superman is holding back just to threaten him to stand down instead of wanting to kill him. Batman also has the help of Kryptonite when they're fighting.
            
            Superman saves worlds, and universes, mainly planet earth. Batman saves his city, or streets. On rare occasions does he ever save the world, and when he does, it's when he has the Justice League to back him up.
