Have no fear i am still alive... just barely though... whatever got me has really sunk its teeth in, I dont see myself getting better any time soon... I will try to update my stories but with me having barely any energy its been hard.

Slight problem... since christmas ive been taking care of my elderly grandmother as she got pneumonia... shes doing very much better but side effect is i got sick too... so for a wee bit of time I may be on a hiatus.
Being sick sucks, even more so if you're like me and have a natural resistance to otherwise helpful medication.
@Doctor_Kaiser that is an immunity to drugs, Doctor. That is why even with the tumor in my head gone, I still worry about a return of that tumor. Get better soon, we'll be waiting.
Man, even nearly two years later after the AI mod bot getting put in, I'm seeing tags that still have stories not visible publicly. It's supposed to be if the mod senses something off, it flags it and and makes it so a human staff mod reviews it and either says it's fine or not. But even after this past spring, there's still a bunch of stories that are not visible and not deleted. It makes me think there's no human mods at all left because clearly some of them would have been deleted at this point since a human mod would have had to checked them by now. What makes things worse? Wattpad has blocked the Wayback machine apparently "to protect copyright" which is clearly bullshit considering there's other platforms that are not blocking it and are likely also Canadian based as well. And while fanfiction . com is not blocked from what i tested, and while the copyright law is different due to being based in California, it's really stupid. Like yeah, FF . com doesn't have paid stuff, but it's still really fucking dumb.
@Doctor_Kaiser I have been thinking. The algorithm/mod thing would not be such a big problem on its own if there was a timer involved. like it cannot go on without being moderated by a human for a period of time and if that time period is fully up, the story is put back up automatically. However, there is very much a massive backlog of stories that still are clearly not checked. That part right there is what makes it so much worse. They're clearly not deleted, and they are just sitting there not being checked by human mods. If they only have so many human moderators, they have to start implementing a timer or something that makes the story visible again if it has gone so long without a human moderator checking it.
@Doctor_Kaiser What makes it more annoying to archive everything is that some authors unpublished their stuff when they don't want to continue a story or they make a new version and unpublished the old version. Sometimes even doing it over the old story chapters. Like I get they are not going to continue it, but leave it up for people to continue enjoy reading or at least put it on AO3 or FF . com. There's people who definitely want to be able to do that.
@Doctor_Kaiser definitely keep copies of everything you have, drafts, chapters, stories, all the versions of everything, deleted stuff, unpublished stuff, etc. on something like Google Docs or Drive or Microsoft Word and write on those things as well. Wattpad has been known to pull shit with author’s stuff that is not visible to readers by deleting things.
I apologize for slow or no updates... ive been keeping watch over my baby brother for a while since my grandmother went to the ER. Shes ok now thankfully, just pneumonia.
I had to divert my attention away from writing for a bit but shes coming home soon. Probably within a few days ill try to get back on writing, again apologies for the inconvenience and happy new year everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate! I apologize for late chapters I got sick with something bad and its had me down for a week nearly... sad, the foods gonna taste off... anyways ill hopefully have the Chapter up by Saturday for the Crysis story.

@Doctor_Kaiser as seen by many others Wattpad has downgraded from the regular writers in turn for the sponsored writers. I missed the interactions but with their changing of things so haphazardly it has become... quiet...

For those reading the crysis story I apologize for the lateness. I got sick with something down right horrendous... been bed ridden and even now the light of my dim phone gives me a migraine..
Going to the doctors soon so hoping whatever I have is either on its way out or treatable.
