Hey @DollopheadedMerlin, I wanted to ask you privately something but I forgot how to use DMs on Wattpad, and I didn’t want to start more annoyance, that comment section on Souls Forget, it’s pretty horrible and annoying, and I just wanted to suggest deleting the first comment? I don’t know if that can actually happen, but I know this seems drastic, but if it doesn’t work could you please consider taking down and re uploading the chapter? Unfortunately, they flood my notifications, and yours presumably, and it’s hard to reply to comments directed to me or to look through them because I get distracted easily trying to look through 50+ notifications. I asked them to switch to switch to discord, but then they proceeded to ignore me and talk about wiping their asses. I saw the disrespectful way they talked to you and it annoyed me.

Okay . . . Soooo it's been, what? Five years? I don't really use Wattpad anymore. Sorry to leave you all in the dark but, I moved on to FF.NET and then eventually Ao3. I liked using Wattpad in the beginning, but as it began monetizing the platform as well as changing the site's format so much that it was virtually unrecognizable, I ended up abandoning the site. I don't find Wattpad very Fan Fiction friendly, so I stopped posting.
          
          I have, however, been writing since then. I now only post Fan Fiction to my Archive of Our Own account. Same username: Dollopheadedmerlin. If you'd like to read more of my work, that's where you'll find it. Including new stories as well as continuations of some of the ones here. I also edit my fics more, so errors that you may see in my fics here on Wattpad may be fixed or changed if you choose to reread the same stories on Ao3.
          
          I'm never deleting this account. I didn't repost ALL of my fics to Ao3 because some of them are really old and I'm not as proud of them. So I left them here. I didn't want to bring those stories forward with me, but I didn't want them to dissapear either. So they made a home here on Wattapd so that I could look back on how much my writing had improved over time.
          
          This is the very last post I will ever make on Wattpad. I'm not going to continue uploading here. As I said, I find this site very frustrating to use for Fan Fiction. I see how it could be useful for original works, but the mechanics that it provides are easily abused for spam and self advertisement. I figured, since there are so many of you still coming here to read my stories, that I owed you all an explanation. So here I am! Still alive! Still writing! Just on a different website! If you wish to see more of my work, I implore you to follow me as I continue to write on Ao3. If not, thanks for reading! I hope you enjoy what I've left behind. Have a wonderful day :)
