Thank you for writing that beautiful alternative ending to The Protector. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and it gave perspective to what could have happened to JeongHyeok and Seri while InAh was still in the picture. It crystalized JeongHyeok’s resolve as to who his heart was yearning for, who he truly loved and wish to be with for the rest of his life. He realized the kind of love he had for InAh was different- it was gratitude, sense of safety, but not the kind of fire, passion, undying devotion that his heart missed and only felt with Seri.
