Hey, it's been a while since I've posted on here. I wanted everyone to know I've still been writing, and even published a book last summer called A Lyrical Soul and have been getting into the publishing industry!

Being a writer gives you so much clarity. The poetic mind leads to a lyrical soul, the kind of soul that can love under the best and worst conditions. Life is better when it's lyrical, in my opinion. Just my short blurb of encouragement!
Revision is a really interesting part of the writing process. You look back at what you once wrote and it takes you back to the memories and thoughts going through your head at that certain point in time you wrote that. You can sometimes discover yourself and how much you've changed that way. So I say: Revise, revise, revise.
A beautiful thing about writing is that it reflects the imagination and individuality of the one who writes it, just another form of expression just like a musician. Take what you write and own it. Let it be yours. It's your mind's work, and it's the story you have to offer to the world, so just a reminder.
I just want all of you to know, if you have a spark of an idea, or anything that comes to your mind that you think is even remotely creative, write it down! I don't care how crazy you think it is; you never how amazing of an idea it may be! Write on!
