Question: Could Ginny be inspired from Ginevra in Agatha Christie's "Appointment with Death"? If you don't know, Agatha Christie was an author who wrote WONDERFUL mystery books, similar to Sherlock, and I have some of her books, which I totally advise you to read—anyways, in one of the books in the series (named after the detective) Hercule Poirot, "Appointment with Death", there's a character called Ginevra Boynton, nicknamed Jinny, and she's got red hair as well, so I was wondering—did J.K. Rowling get inspired by Christie's books and design Ginny Weasley, or is it all a coincidence? I haven't finished the book, but so far, their characters are way different, and obviously Rowling switched the 'J' to 'G', probably she thought it looked better. And if there're any other Agatha Christie fans, have you noticed this as well?

@Fiction_Addict_394 Lmao yes, I can totally see Arthur holding his book beside Molly in their bed, and then nudging her and telling her excitedly, "Mollywobbles, look! Ginevra would be an amazing name for our daughter." And of course, Molly would be pregnant, so she'll put a hand on her stomach and smile at him. "Yes, that's a beautiful name."

@Dont_Call_Me_LOONY Or maybe JK Rowling did it on purpose, cuz Arthur loves to know stuff about muggles, and maybe he read the book and decided to name his daughter after her.
