@Space_Walrus23 I'm on my 8th year here on wattpad and oddly enough I came to wattpad to make Creepypasta fanfics. I've made questionable choices like for a while I wrote for FNAF & South Park but CLEARLY those don't exist on my profile anymore because of how cringe they were. I even wrote a Tokyo Ghoul x Attack on Titan fanfic of Levi x Eren lol. Again, another book that I deleted forever ago bc of cringe. I still love the fanfics on here and it's sad that Wattpad purges half of the fanfics on here as of now when back then that's what Wattpad was known for. Admittedly, I can't remember the last time I've read anything on here but I still love Wattpad and can't see myself leaving anytime soon. The one downside to wattpad in my opinion are the people who use it. I can't tell you the amount of people who come to me telling me the mistakes in my writing or want to edit my work when they themselves have no experience. This is wattpad, you aren't a professional writer! There's going to be mistakes. Or new writers going to other peoples works, jumping book to book begging everyone to check out their works bc they're crying wanting to be noticed and don't realize that followers and popularity mean nothing on here! I want writers, old and new, to write because it makes them happy and not because they want to please everyone else
