Ok, but like imagine a Hogwarts AU story where everyone is (supposedly) straight and then 1 single Hufflepupff comes out to everyone in the Great Hall.
And then all the other Hufflepuffs are surprisingly not accepting because a lot of them are religious, and the Ravenclaws aren't accepting because they believe that being LGBTQ+ is against evolution, and the Gryffindors aren't accepting because they think it's a cowardly way of avoiding being normal.
But then the Slytherins stand up and are like,,,, yes, come join us, child
And then Hufflepuff glass in love with a Slytherin and they're like "oh no"
And the rest of history is the Slytherins just trying to make being LGBTQ+ an acceptable thing while the Hufflepuff is just: *gay panic* over that one Slytherin
