My name is Dr. Parveen Goel, and I am honored to serve as the Keynote Speaker at the HRM Conference. As the Director of Engineering and Projects at Canada Post, I have a deep passion for tackling intricate business challenges and driving innovation. With extensive experience in the supply chain and automotive sectors, I have successfully launched various plants and products. I also take great pleasure in teaching and mentoring the next generation of leaders, currently holding a position in Operations Management at UBC's Sauder School of Business.

I earned my Ph.D. from WSU Detroit and an MBA from UBC, along with certifications as a Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Six Sigma Black Belt. Additionally, I am committed to community service as the President-elect of the Rotary Club of Surrey and serve on the board of PICS.
