          Hope all are doing fine!
          Please follow the quarantine measures said by your state Health Council. Please don't go out unnecessarily.
          
          In most of the countries, the pandemic is in 3rd phase (Most crucial phase, where chance od cross infection is much higher).
          
          Sanitisation is a must. Wear a mask if you're going out and interacting with many people. Eat healthy food.. Avoid fatty foods as possible

          Now our world is in an epidemic health crisis. All of you know about it. As a student of Medical Science, I just want to remind few things.
          1.Please don't be panic, but be safe.
          2.Prevention is always better than cure.
          3.Maintain your self hygiene.
          4.Avoid unwanted travelling, whenever you're wear a mask and keep a small sanitizer in hand.
          5. Avoid outside foods and prefer homely.
          6. If you know somebody with any history of travel to/from affected countries, please report to health centre. Please don't keep it secret. It'll do more harm than benefits.
          7. Never spread unwanted and unscientific WhatsApp messages!!! Please try to verify its authenticity before forwarding.
          
          Incase you need any advices, ping me on! I'll be happy to help you with what I can (Within the limits of being a medical student)
