Dear fans,
As you may notice, ASttDK had been removed by the powers that be. They say it's due to violating their code of conduct and guidelines for content. I'll admit, I'm shocked, considering this novel had been standing strong for 10 years and it was not an issue until now. I would've appreciated a little more explanation, but I guess that's beyond their ability.
I've already submitted an appeal for this to be restored. However, if they can't restore any part of this novel, then I may have to seriously consider the future of this account's content in memory of the author. I don't want the remaining works to be removed when such violations are not properly explained.
I know that many of you have supported the author for many years and appreciated his efforts. This platform was the best way for him to express his creativity, and I don't want to take that away from his memory or from any of you. But if this platform is going to continue the way that it has, then perhaps another publishing platform will have to be called home. It breaks my heart to be in this position, especially knowing what Wattpad stood for: freedom of publishing.
Please be patient and I will give you an update as soon as possible regarding this whole thing. Your support is appreciated.

Thank you for keeping us all updated on the situation regarding 'A Slave to the Dragon King', however if I may, I'd like to ask if you know if the book is gone forever? I've loved this book and read it several times back when it was first published. And have been wanting to read it again. Although I am aware that the book cannot be found anywhere else. So I came here to inquire whether the book may never come back again, or if it has a possibility of returning. If you don't know the answer then that is understandable. And thank you again for continuing to give us all updates. And I hope I speak for everyone when I say that we really appreciate it.

Hi there, It's been a whole year since the last update on this account and about ASttDK. I don't know if anyone will see this message now but I truly hope that everything has calmed down and everyone has healed as much as they can.
We have spoken briefly but I just wanted to say that I still talk about this book to whomever i can. I do explain what little i know of the circumstances and even get people wishing they could read it themselves.
Talking with someone the other day i thought i would come back and see the progress. Once again i understand
the difficult times and i truly with there was more ways for me to spread this amazing book around whether it be online or even paperback.
With all my support.

I’ve loved ‘A Slave to the Dragon King’ for years now. I’ve probably read it over 10 times over the years since it’s been published. I’ve read it on Wattpad, and even when it was on Dreame. And I found it on goodreads but am unable to read it on there. I was just wondering if you have any updates on the possible legal rights to publish it again? This is my favorite book I’ve read and would purchase it in any form given the chance. I just want to express to the late author how many people and loved and enjoyed their book. ❤️

How do I get a full story of A Slave to the Dragon King?
I've read it several times and would like to read it in full again. Is there an app that the full book is on or what? Please let me know.
I'm so sorry that this author has passed on. His parents should always remain proud of all he did and wrote.
I do think that they should publish this book. Possibly Amazon if possible? I know I'd buy it, whether hard copy or ebook style.
Please contact me. Thank you, Rebecca Griffith

@leatherworker I'm so glad you've come back wanting to read the story again. I wish I could share the rest of it. However, I still haven't talked with his parents about getting the legal rights for the story, which is why I can't do much right now. And I would very much like to have this published when the time comes, starting with returning here for all the fans who've loved and come back for the story. I'll give an update when I talk with his parents (hopefully this summer) and what the next steps will be. @bluepuzzlepiece

Where can I find the entirety of the book? I have looked on dreame where it used to be and now it's gone. I tried ficfun and it's not there... it's it just gone?
DragonRider4
@AmberAnderson024 I haven't talked with the author's parents regarding the publishing future for ASttDK. They hold the rights to the novel, and last I heard from them years ago, they want to keep it in the family, which I feel goes against the very reason it was written. Because things are difficult at the moment, with the 5th anniversary of the author's passing coming up, I'm waiting until next year to talk with them. I promise to keep all fans up to date on any news I get.

Hello.
My deep condolences to the author.
I just discovered this book on the dreame app.
I know it is worth it but it's too expensive still trying to amass coins to read a chapter.
Would like to suggest if the story can be published into hardcover would be really nice.
Definitely a treasure I will spend my money on.

@TomilolaAdesewa thank you for reading! My name is @bluepuzzlepiece (the former fiance) and I understand where you're coming from. At the moment, his parents own the rights to the novel. However, by some mischievous grace, I have access to all the chapters and I'm looking into editing them. Once that process is done, then printing may be a possibility. I'll keep you apprised.

A Slave to the Dragon King, is my absolute favorite, it makes me happy, that the cover I made, is still being used for the book.
I regret not doing the cover for the book Dragon asked me to do.
But, knowing that he liked my cover, and that I got a chance to meet him, even by message, means the world to me.
Thank You for writing such an amazing book, and for liking the cover I made for your amazing book, years ago. ❤️❤️

@Maleni_Ramos thank you for your support, and of course the cover will stay. I wouldn't dream of replacing it. Sincerely, @bluepuzzlepiece
