Your sitting at Nightmare’s desk doing some extra paperwork around the mansion for him. He’s been so busy lately he hasn’t had any free time and overall been overworking himself. He has currently been out destroying AU’s with the others all day so this gave you a chance to do it in secret so that he came home to a surprise.
You were just finishing up as you heard a teleport behind you. “Hey blossom I’m home-
Huh..?” His sentence cut short as you looked up at him beaming with pride. Nightmare almost didn’t know what to do for a moment, taking in the enormous stack of papers that you had filled out, signed, essayed, and noted, all for him. He didn’t know how to take it at first.
Of course scolding you for a split second for doing all of this for him although it wasn’t necessary. Then smiling as he used his tentacles to lift you up and hold you in a tight hug. Peppering your face in small kisses. “Thanks princess..” he whispered in your ear, nuzzling your cheeks together.
