Has anyone ever had a moment with ur parents about them trying to get u to lose weight especially at a young age cuz that's happening with me and my dad is trying to lose the weight with me and i'm excited but I need advice if anybody has even lost weight and successful did it cuz I'm kinda scared ima lose the weight but then gain it back and if u or anybody u know have advice please tell me
