Some does not seem like a hero or a villain but they are,it all matters in perspective like
Tommy is the villain from the very start in Dream's perspective,the hero is unknown as we haven't seen much from his perspective
Dream is the main villain,Schlatt,Wilbur and Techno being also villains but not as much as Dream in Tommy's perspective
It seems as of now,that Almost everyone 's villain is Dream
