Hi, DrawnHellfire,

I was an avid reader of your Deadlands series. Still curious about what"ll happens next... Anyway, I'm currently writing my own dystopian story and I need some expert guidance about the gun stuff. 'Cause my protaganist works in a hobby shop and as the 'mutant situation' escalates, I have a feeling there be a lot more gun talk and I'd like to make it look like my protagonist actually knows his firearms and weapons and stuff. I try to do my research...types...parts...ownership and requirements...but I want second opions if I'm releasing my writing for serious publishing. If you can spare some to share your opinion time every few weeks, I'd appreciate it very much.

Thanks and hoping to here back soon.

@DrawnHellfire It's your post apocalyptic setting. The drug that turns people into monsters gets spread through unknown source (like..it could be in the water. could be added into supermarket foods. could be in restaurant or fastfood meals) The government can't track the source, all they know is that someone's spreading it. It turns into a sort national scale paranoia...where imports and exports stop (the country cuts itself off from the world), leaders point fingers, businesses close down (esp ones that sell food and drugs) cause almost everything has been banned off the shelves. Farming becomes a common thing for a while until the paranoia creeps in and even the fresh produce becomes suspicious. So I guess there's going to be starvation, civil war, anarchy and martial law in there... aside from the monster threats. Sorry for long description hehe. like I said I'm an overwriter. Still working on fixing that. I'll send you a working summary for the story. Thanks again. And If I can help you with anything, just let me know.

@MagicNikki1991 My email is Kristian.volker@gmail.com. I'm glad I could inspire someone else's work. Quick question though what sort of dystopian setting do you have in mind?

Thanks @DrawnHellfire. Truth is, Wolfe is the inspiration for my protagonist and you probably at least know more than me, based on what I read in your work. I'll probably start bothering you in a week but I'll try to send in bits and parts that I could use your help with since I tend to be an overwriter. And I feedback would be a no-rush. do you have an email I can send my work into? In return, I can be a beta reader if you happen to start writing other stories. Or I can design book covers, or something..up to you, but thanks you.
