{{Sapphire River was meant to be in Slytherin, and everyone knew it. But for some reason, probably spite, the Sorting Hat had placed her in Ravenclaw. Probably reading her mind.
"Hmm....Sly-"
Please...NOT Slytherin! I don't want to be evil....
She was closing her eyes tightly, her clammy fists clenching her skirt.
"Hahaha, not Slythering hmm? Alright.....You're clever and intellectual and ambitous so....Hm....Hufflepuff?"
The pale face beneath the hat went slack. Anything was better than Slythering in her opinion.
"No. You're braver than most Gryffindors too....not a completely kind girl though so not Hufflepuff....And you don't want to be an 'evil Slythering' so....Ravenclaw!"
With a sigh of relief, she stood as the hat was taken away and she went to sit, walking past the glaring Slytherins and sitting down with the cheering Ravenclaws. A pink haired girl patted her back softly.
"All four were considered? You must be something special....Good thing you're with us, hah!"
Sapphire nodded, blinking her deep blues from which she was named, and forcing her mouth into a slim smile, revealing her awful braces.
That, along with her moles, spots, acne, monobrow and tatty hair made her well.....Let's just say she was a sight to see.
Not a sight you'd want to see though.}}
Please don't be offended if your name is either Sapphire or River, or if you have any of these features. I was simply trying to picture the typical 'ugly geek' and mean nothing by it!
