I'M GONNA START WRITING KLM AGAIN (yaaaaaay!!) 
          
          Btw does anyone remember my OC Mika? She appeared in my YGO! story and in KLM (it's fine if you don't really know her because she was a supporting character). A song that I think would fit her now is 'Number One Girl' by Rose because she just wants to be loved.

Hey, just letting everyone know I'll be taking a break from writing 'Kitana's Little Mermaid' in February. I have my internship that will go for a month and I likely won't have much time to be writing. so updates will be rarer this month. Before I take my break I have one (or maybe two) chapters to release. Then I will come back to writing regularly in March.

Question: What's your favourite KLM moment? 
          
          My favourite moment to write was when Kitana sings to Rachel after Rachel saved her. I was rereading it tonight so I'll reshare it: 
           
           I couldn’t believe it… she’s a real mermaid! Ever since I was little I believed mermaids existed somewhere, and now I see one right in front of me.
          
          Her eyelids were still closed and the waves gently lapped over her fins. She’s so beautiful. 
          
          I owe everything to her because she saved my life. I reached out and gently stroked her cheek, then I sang a song that expressed how I’ve always wished for humans and mermaids to someday become friends. 
          
          What would I give to live where you are 
          What would I pay to stay here beside you 
          What would I do to see you smiling at me
          Where would we walk 
          Where would we run
          If we could stay all day in the sun 
          Just you and me then I could be 
          Part of your world

          The song is called '诀爱' and it's the soundtrack from the show 'Love Between Fairy and Devil'. The lyrics really resonate with Kitana and Rachel's story of a chance encounter between their two worlds.

*Exhausted breath* I just published chapter 9 of 'Kitana's Little Mermaid' and it was the longest chapter I've ever written! More than 3900 words!!
