I have a MHA theory, I've noticed that a lot of people are confused on what category Tokoyami's quirk is, because of the bird head being mutant and dark shadow seeming like an emitter quirk. So you know how some twins absorb their twins, what if Tokoyami was supposed to have a twin but he absorbed it. Like that's why he has a very confusing quirk because he was originally supposed to only have the mutant type bird head and his twin was supposed to have the emitter Dark Shadow, but since Tokoyami absorbed the twin he has two very different quirks.
