friend migraine can you go away just for this season? especially at this moment please

be strong enough to stand alone smart enough to know when you need help and brave enough to for it

sometimes i want to share my sufferings or how difficult my day is..but i wont. no matter how life gets tough there are things always show me alot of reasons to hold on and look forward for better days ahead
           being strong is a gift

while havin' my lunch at a qsr and feeling not so good due to severe headache, bodyaches and candidate for a runny nose ... a nice little girl gave me red balloon and smiled at me ... God has millions of ways to make me smile and uplift my spirit. 
          

sometimes it's hard to convince someone so dear to you that what you all said is authentic
