If I find out you still support that woman abusing, colorist man (yes, if you Chris Brown, then you're correct), whatever story I had of yours is being removed and I am unfollowing you and I'm never looking back. Because there is no logical reason why, as a black woman (and especially if you happend to be a dark skinned black woman) that you are still supporting him. It's the same for Trey Songz and his dozens, and I mean dozens, of domestic and sexual assault allegations he's racked up over the years (and if your weary, lets not forget about the Keke Palmer situation).
This is a lot, but still. It was on my mind because I just had to unfollow a quite a few people over ther months I've been following for years because they're still writing for him and I can't get behind that anymore. I grew up and saw what kind of person he showed us he is. And if I wouldn't support that kind of person in my personal life, what in the hell do I look like supporting him and lining that man pockets because he makes "catchy" songs? Please, my music playlists are just fine without him in it and will continue to be.
I don't know....this kind of makes me want to put out a book of ranting/opinions, so the girls that get it can have a place to you know...get it lol
