Six months. A full rewrite. And more late nights than I care to count.
          
          The Ascended Son is back — properly this time. The Prologue is live now and if you read the old version, you'll notice this isn't the same story. Nearly every word has been reworked, restructured and rewritten from the ground up until it became what it was always meant to be.
          
          New chapters will be dropping every 2–3 weeks, so follow so you don't miss an update. And my fantasy sleuths — I need you in the comments. Drop your theories, your lore catches, your questions. You make this world bigger just by reading it.

Hey everyone! It’s been a minute.
          
          I wanted to let you know that during my time away over the past few months, I’ve been busy rereading, reediting, and writing more than I ever expected. I’m excited to announce that tomorrow, 29 October, I’ll be releasing the Prologue of my upcoming fantasy story, The Ascended Son, which I’ve been pouring my heart into during my break. I’d love for the Wattpad community—especially all the fantasy enthusiasts—to read it and give feedback as beta readers!
          
          On another note, I’ll be removing all my other stories except for Break Point. Unfortunately, due to editing restrictions here on Wattpad, I can’t save edits properly for the other stories, so this was necessary.

A Note from Harley Kobb
          
          As I reflect on my time with Wattpad, I can genuinely say it’s been a journey I’ve truly enjoyed. While I’ve started more projects than I’ve finished, I’m still incredibly proud of the path I’ve taken since I first began writing in 2020. This September marks my fifth year on Wattpad,something that feels both surreal and humbling. 
          
          Over the years, I’ve grown so much as a writer, exploring stories beyond Wattpad and taking steps toward my dream. Though I won’t be celebrating this milestone, it’s only because the next few months will be packed with schoolwork and crucial exams. These are important steps toward my goal of studying Creative Writing or Directing at university.
          
          You may notice that my stories are now labeled as Wattpad Versions. That’s because I’m working on revising and polishing them behind the scenes—especially my epic fantasy novel. One day, I hope you’ll be able to hold a physical copy in your hands and enjoy the world I’ve created.
          
          Thank you for being part of this journey and for the lessons, memories, and support over the years. Wattpad helped shape the writer I am today.
