Just came out to my parents as nonbinary and it didn't go so well and I'm probably never gonna be accepted by them but I'll get use to that I think

So my parents think I'm pansexual, but I recently discovered that I am not, instead I'm asexual and panromantic and I don't know how to come out to them about this. Can I get any help?
          
           If you want to know how I can out before, I was fed up with my mom saying that a boy might ask me to homecoming because I was (and still am) dating someone and I'm pretty sure my dad learned from her because he had no reaction when I told him after I went over to my partner's house to comfort them. So basically I was somewhat forced to come out at that time

She drugged it lmao, Imma drink the whole thing then pull an all nighters just to be like lol nice try better luck next time
